💷 Pricing

Pay per person.
Not per production.

One simple ladder: £22 per user per month for your first module, £11 for each module after that — and never more than £55 per user, however many you run. No per-production fees, no tiers to decode.

How the ladder works

Add modules. The price flattens.

Each full member is priced by the modules on their seat. The first costs £22, each after that £11 — and from the fourth, the cap takes over.

1 module
£22
per user / month
2 modules
£33
per user / month
3 modules
£44
per user / month
Capped
4+ modules
£55
per user / month — every module

Modules: Development, Production, Post-Production, Distribution, Theatrical, Marketing, Social Media, Theatre, Events, Music and Construction. Mix them per person — your editor doesn't pay for Marketing.

Included

In the price of your subscription.

These aren't add-ons. Every subscription includes the shared tools that tie your modules together — for every full member, at no extra cost. Crew seats cover the modules they're granted; the shared tools are full-seat features.

The Marketplace is included on every subscription too — find and book vendors, freelancers and equipment across the platform.

The details

Questions we'd ask too.

Can we mix seat types?

Yes — that's the point. A production company might run three full members, a dozen crew seats, and unlimited guest links for cast, vendors and clients. Each person is billed for what their seat actually is.

What do owners and admins pay?

Owners and admins automatically have access to every module your organisation licenses, so their seats are priced with all of those modules included — capped at £55 like everyone else.

Is there a minimum spend?

No. There's no account minimum and no platform fee — you pay for the seats and modules you actually use, and nothing else.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes — pay annually and you pay for 10 months, not 12. Two months free, same seats, same modules, one invoice a year.

Do clients or freelancers need seats?

No. Clients use the portal, approvers approve from a link, vendors upload without accounts, and day players confirm call sheets from their phone. None of them ever count as a seat.

What exactly can't a crew seat do?

Crew seats can't create, send or delete records, no financial figure — rates, budgets, quotes, invoices — is ever visible to them, and the shared tools (CRM, Finance, the Client Portal and the Marketplace) aren't part of the seat. They see the work they're granted and get on with it.

Are prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes — every price on this page is per user, per month, in GBP, inclusive of VAT. The number you see is the number you pay, monthly and annual alike.

What about larger organisations?

Enterprise deals — bigger teams, multiple companies, custom terms — are shaped individually rather than priced off this page. Contact us and we'll put a proposal together.
